You track everything, follow up on everything, and nothing falls through the cracks * Excellent client communication: you can explain a complex integration to a non-technical HR leader without making them feel lost * Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment where processes are still being built * Available to work onsite at our Bellevue, WA headquarters 4 days per week * A genuine passion for helping customers achieve success Nice to Have * Experience implementing or configuring AI-powered recruiting or HR automation tools * Familiarity with API integrations, webhooks, or field mapping between SaaS platforms * Background in high-volume or frontline hiring environments (retail, QSR, healthcare, logistics) * Experience in a startup or scale-up environment where you've had to build the playbook, not just follow it ## Description As an Implementation Manager, you'll own the post-sale technical onboarding experience for Humanly's enterprise and mid-market clients. You'll be the person clients trust to get them live, translating complex workflows, integrations, and configurations into a smooth, confident launch.
