Two (2) year college degree or higher preferred. * Four (4) years of experience in banking, quality control, or compliance. * Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills. * Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and credit union programs. * Maintain confidentiality, control risk, and manage operations in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. * Demonstrate a high level of personal integrity and ethics. * Travel is required to complete branch reviews, training, and meetings. * Report for work on time and maintain a schedule of regular attendance. ## Description Under the general supervision of the Branch Quality & Operations Manager/Team Leader, the Branch Quality Control Specialist (BQCS) conducts certification reviews to assess the accuracy and effectiveness of controls, records, and branch operations. The primary task of the BQCS is to monitor documentation, certifications, and provide quality reviews for branches (remotely and onsite). The BQCS will provide effective feedback, resources, and guidance to improve performance across the retail branches. The BQCS will assess identified processes to monitor trends, discover opportunities for improvement, and make recommendations.
