Candidates must be able to collaborate effectively, communicate openly, and contribute positively to a team environment. * Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Experience with process automation and control systems. Physical Requirements: * Must be able to lift 50lbs if required. * Must be able to stand for 8 hours. * Must be able to work in a physically challenging environment. ## Description The Process Engineer will be responsible for optimizing and maintaining manufacturing processes within a GMP-compliant facility. This role involves continuous improvement, troubleshooting, and ensuring the efficiency, quality, and compliance of manufacturing operations., * Process Optimization: Continuously review and optimize manufacturing and package processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and product quality while complying with GMP regulations. Monitor, analyze, and improve production rates, eliminating the non-value added activities. * GMP Compliance: Ensure that all manufacturing processes adhere to GMP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and following standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and manufacturing teams to identify potential quality issues that could affect any KPIs.
