## About the Role

Do you have experience in Customer communication?, * Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related technical field

 * 3+ years of experience in applications engineering, technical sales, or product engineering
 * Proficiency in CAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills
 * Ability to develop quotes and cost estimates
 * Strong project management and presentation skills

Direct experience with flexible heater products (etched foil, silicone rubber, Kapton), knowledge of UL/CSA/RoHS standards, ERP/CRM systems, and familiarity with industries such as medical devices, semiconductors, aerospace, food processing, or EV systems, as well as related manufacturing processes, are preferred.
