## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management/Computer Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
 * Solid knowledge of SQL Server
 * ERP, CRM, and Business Intelligence Software Experience within a manufacturing and/or e-commerce environment preferred
 * Strong financial and business acumen
 * Ability to set strategic goals for business processes
 * Ability to multitask and prioritize within a dynamic environment
 * Strong organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
 * Self-motivated and able to develop rapport and positive working relationships with coworkers
 * Bilingual in Mandarin preferred, * Systems analysis: 2 years (Preferred)
 * E-commerce: 1 year (Preferred)
 * Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Required)

 * Rockwall, TX 75032 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

 * Rockwall, TX 75032: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)

## Description

* Work with various department managers and technology team members to improve systems by studying current practices, designing modifications
 * Provide documentation and workflow analysis support for process improvement
 * Focus improving, troubleshooting and testing on multiple system integration between each departments
 * Research and identify potential opportunity in new software and hardware that could benefit corporate process
 * Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users
 * Develop and design end user reports and/or dashboards for both financial and operational users
 * Develop and support database activities, such as data loading and unloading
 * Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
 * Plan growth and changes to the environment as needed
