## Description

Barton Malow is seeking a Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) Manager to join our team in St. Louis, MO. In this role, you will lead VDC delivery across complex projects and pursuits, partnering with project teams, designers, and clients to drive constructability, optimize schedule and cost, and advance how technology-enabled construction gets done. This is the right opportunity for a construction technology leader who wants to mentor teams, shape processes, and make a measurable impact on projects that matter., * Lead and oversee VDC services across multiple projects and pursuits, managing quality, schedule, and budget accountability

 * Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans tailored to each project's requirements, and mentor VDC Engineers through the process
 * Execute core VDC workflows including 4D scheduling, 3D coordination, model-based quantity takeoff, reality capture, site logistics, and Digital Twin setup
 * Develop and deliver VDC training to project teams through formal sessions, webinars, and on-the-job coaching
 * Manage VDC-related communications with owners, subcontractors, architects, and engineers; ensure alignment with each project's RFI and change management processes
 * Support business development efforts including RFP responses, client presentations, and identifying opportunities for additional scope
