## About the Role

Do you have experience in Software implementation?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Hands-on experience in SAP HCM application

 * 2-3 successful HCM Support/ Implementations
 * In-depth knowledge of European countries payroll- either Germany, Belgium, Netherlands configuration, and a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR system implementations/configurations
 * Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success, together with discretion in handling sensitive information
 * Fluent in English. German is a strong plus. W ith excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindset

Education Qualification

 * Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.

## Description

* Deliver expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process, ensuring technical activities align with best practices and client requirements
 * Customize SAP Payroll solutions in accordance with customer requirements following Strada standards, and conduct system testing to validate functionality and compliance with specifications
 * Effective management of priorities to meet established deadlines
 * Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders and support other project members when required
 * Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery
 * Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR business processes and the SAP HR architecture to ensure successful solution delivery within defined project timelines
 * Support go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness, * Anticipate Customer Needs - We stay ahead of trends so our customers can grow and succeed.
