## About the Role

Do you have experience in Technical troubleshooting support?, 3+ years of hands-on experience serving as both a SiteTracker Administrator and Developer.

Strong experience configuring, administering, and enhancing SiteTracker solutions in a production environment.

Experience with SiteTracker workflows, forms, business rules, reporting, user administration, and platform configuration.

Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience supporting production users and managing platform enhancements through deployment.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

Experience supporting large-scale telecom transformation or implementation programs.

Knowledge of GIS platforms, ERP systems, financial systems, or field operations technologies.

Experience participating in data migration and platform modernization initiatives.
