Do you have experience in UI design systems?, * 0-5 years of frontend engineering at a strong tech company (VC-backed, FAANG, etc.)

 * Track record leading frontend projects, design systems, and similar work Owning product end-to-end - as a founder, founding engineer, or early employee (for larger companies, demonstrated 0 1 or 1
