## About the Role

Do you have experience in macOS administration?, Required

 * 3+ years of IT/desktop support experience.
 * Strong familiarity with Windows and Mac.
 * Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
 * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
 * Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment., * 1) Can you troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues independently?

2) Can you deploy, configure and support Windows or macOS workstations and mobile devices?
3) Can you diagnose and fix basic network issues such as IP, DNS and DHCP problems?
4) Can you install, configure and maintain printers and peripheral devices?

## Description

We are seeking a skilled, customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to provide technical support across the organization. This role is the primary contact for IT requests, responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and end-user issues while delivering excellent service., Technical Support

 * Handle IT requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues for onsite and remote users.
 * Support Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS devices.
 * Provide timely support to minimize downtime; escalate complex issues as needed.

Infrastructure & Systems

 * Troubleshoot basic network issues (IP, printers, mapped drives, access).
 * Configure and maintain printers and peripherals.
 * Assist with system imaging, deployments, and workstation setup.
 * Perform updates, maintenance, monitoring, and backup checks.
 * Support local infrastructure including switches, wireless, and cabling.

Documentation & Improvement

 * Maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and asset inventory.
 * Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
