## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
 * 2+ years of experience in power systems, distributed generation, microgrids, utility infrastructure, or related fields.
 * Experience with electrical drawings and single-line diagrams.
 * Knowledge of load flow, short circuit, protection, and reliability studies.
 * Proficiency with tools such as ETAP, PSCAD, PSS/E, MATLAB/Simulink, AutoCAD, or similar.
 * Understanding of utility interconnection, switchgear, protection systems, generators, DERs, and microgrid architectures.
 * Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

## Description

* Develop distributed generation and microgrid solutions.
 * Lead customer discussions to understand technical requirements, reliability goals, and site constraints.
 * Design medium- and low-voltage electrical systems, including single-line diagrams and system layouts.
 * Evaluate load requirements, generation sizing, reliability targets, and future expansion needs.
 * Collaborate with engineering, EPC, product, and commercial teams to deliver executable solutions.
 * Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and project documentation.
 * Conduct site visits and assess field conditions.
 * Analyze trade-offs between cost, schedule, reliability, and constructability.
 * Support project transition from proposal stage to execution.

Success in This Role
Within 12 months, you will:

 * Independently lead customer-facing technical discussions.
 * Develop complete microgrid and distributed generation solutions.
 * Create high-quality single-line diagrams and system layouts.
 * Act as a trusted technical advisor to commercial teams.
 * Help customers make informed power infrastructure decisions.
