## About the Role

* Must have a Bachelors degree in a STEM field and at least 12 years of relevant military / professional experience, OR a Master's Degree in a STEM field and at least 10 years of relevant military / professional experience, OR a PhD and at least 8 years of relevant military / professional experience
 * Must have an active US Government Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation)., * Active security clearance
 * Functional management experience
 * Risk management experience

## Description

* Be accountable to the Program Director to ensure SE cost, schedule, and technical execution using application of program management, system engineering, integration & test principles and methodologies
 * Be responsible for horizontal integration across engineering disciplines and IPTs to ensure successful execution of the technical statement of work.
 * Be responsible for Configuration and Data Management processes and SE Products including requirements, architectures, operations concepts, models and simulations, interface control documents and verification plans and reports.
 * Provide strong written, verbal, and stakeholder interface skills along with the ability to lead through influence to motivate peer IPT behavior to execute cross IPT team goals
 * Manage program risk database
