## About the Role

Do you have experience in Sales?, We are a growing online platform/marketplace startup looking for a reliable full-time Outreach Assistant to help us contact professionals and service providers, explain the platform, and support them through the sign-up process.

The role will mainly involve making phone calls, following up by email or WhatsApp, keeping records updated, and reporting progress daily. You do not need to be highly technical, but you must be confident on the phone, organised, and able to work independently., * Confident and professional phone manner

 * Good spoken and written English
 * Organised and reliable
 * Comfortable working remotely
 * Basic computer skills
 * Sales, customer service, recruitment, or admin experience is a bonus

## Description

* Make outbound calls to professionals/service providers
 * Explain the platform clearly and professionally
 * Help interested providers complete the sign-up process
 * Follow up by email, WhatsApp, or phone
 * Keep accurate records of calls and responses
 * Provide daily updates on progress
 * Work closely with the business owner/team
