You'll drive our Agile processes, prioritize backlogs, and ensure high-value delivery to our internal and external customers. You will facilitate scrum ceremonies, maintain transparency on feature releases, and collaborate across R&D and customer-facing teams. You'll consistently champion user-centered design and help influence positive change, efficiency, and quality across every release of our mobile applications. Key Responsibilities will include: * Partner continuously with the Product Manager to ensure technical blueprints perfectly execute the validated hypotheses, KPI targets, and criteria defined in the 3-Year Strategic Roadmap. * Take full accountability for tactical delivery tracking by managing the feature timeline, actively unblocking the engineering/AI pipeline daily, and ensuring sprint commitments are met. * Act as the technical bridge between strategic intent and R&D by prioritizing rigorous "Spec Reviews" over traditional code reviews. * Transition away from narrative user stories and backlog grooming by authoring and maintaining structured "Living Specs" (e.g., .spec.md files * Iterate on the specification when automated tests fail, ensuring our architectural blueprints remain accurate. * Leverage AI and automation tools to improve backlog management, feature design, and support processes. * Keep abreast of emerging mobile technology trends and continually seek opportunities for feature innovation. ## Related Videos - [Are Code Reviews Worth It?
