The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. * Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * Minimum 5 years of experience in networking within service provider or enterprise environments * Hands-on experience with network deployments (installation, activation, migrations) * Strong understanding of TCP/IP and networking fundamentals * PMP Certification preferred; strong familiarity with PMBOK standards and methodologies. * Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Visio. * Working knowledge of the systems development lifecycle (SDLC). * Experience managing cross-functional technical projects involving infrastructure, software, and business intelligence. * Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). * Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. * Strong customer service mindset with a collaborative and proactive work ethics. ## Description The IT Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure projects supporting Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) services.
