In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to dealership leadership, connecting Numa's platform to each customer's core business goals and translating performance data into measurable outcomes, retention, and expansion. This role sits at the intersection of multiple teams-including Customer Success, Product, and Sales-and acts as a key "connector" between the dealership and Numa. Success in this role requires someone who deeply understands dealership operations, can lead executive-level conversations with credibility, and can tie a software platform to operational KPIs and business priorities. The ideal candidate is a former General Manager, Fixed Operations Director, or similar dealership leader who knows what it takes to run a profitable, high-performing service department. You take initiative, build trust quickly, and are comfortable owning executive relationships and driving forward-looking action plans without heavy direction.
