Desired Technical Skills: * Oracle, Linux or Redhat Certification * Understanding of proactive monitoring concepts * Ability to to make recommendations to improve our Linux environment * Experience with VMware virtual environment. * Experience with CLOUD platforms (e.g. Azure, OCI), Years of Experience 8 + years of related experience * may vary based on technical training, certification(s), or degree Certification Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) | Red Hat - Red Hat Travel Required Less than 10% ## Description General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a Linux System Administrator in support of internal IT Infrastructure. The Linux System Administrator will enhance their skill set among a talented and technically accomplished group of colleagues. The individual will maintain, manage, and deploy Linux systems in compliance with company standards. This position is remote.
