 * Solid understanding of portfolio management.
 * Proficient in cloud readiness and cloud architecture.
 * Knowledgeable in security architecture.
 * Experienced in developing business strategies and performing gap analysis.
 * Competent in conducting alternative analysis for technology acquisition., * Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, business intelligence, economics, statistics, or mathematics
 * Master's Degree or higher (preferred-not required)
 * Years of experience can substitute for a degree

## Description

* Establishes system information requirements using analysis of the information engineer(s) in the development of enterprise-wide or large-scale information systems.
 * Develops enterprise architecture (EA) models and IT strategy and manages 8 architecture project activities.
 * Participates in the analysis and development of long-term strategic and operating plans to align EA objectives and organizational plans.
 * Designs architecture to include the software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces.
 * Ensures systems are compatible and in compliance with the standards for open systems architectures, the Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) and International Standards Organization (ISO) reference models, and profiles of standards-such as the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Open Systems Environment (OSE) reference model-as they apply to the implementation and specification of information management (IM) solutions of the application platform, across the application program interface (API), and the external environment/software application.
 * Evaluates analytically and systematically problems of workflows, organization, and planning and develops appropriate corrective action.
 * Produces technical reports, studies, briefing materials, information support plans, and other technical documentation as required.
