## About the Role

Do you have experience in Team leadership?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 5+ years of experience as project or task lead

 * 2+ years of experience with data projects, including maintaining data security for federal datasets
 * Experience with CMS data
 * Experience with statistical and analytical work, including evaluating linkage accuracy and optimizing algorithms
 * Experience with cloud services and data engineering
 * Experience leading tasks or projects at or for a federal agency or organization
 * Knowledge of data linkage methodologies, including deterministic and probabilistic such as POI and PPRL
 * Knowledge of federal security policies, procedures, and standards
 * Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
 * Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

 * Experience with AI/ML methods for linkage optimization
 * Experience with data integration and data quality assurance processes
 * Knowledge of emerging technologies and automation tools for linkage processes
 * Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * PMP Certification

What You'll Do:

 * Lead and oversee data linkage projects involving large and complex datasets, data transfer, processing, and harmonization activities.
 * Ensure compliance with federal security policies, procedures, and standards.
 * Develop and optimize linkage algorithms and evaluate linkage accuracy using statistical metrics.
 * Provide risk management and quality assurance, and maintain data security for federal datasets.
 * Communicate effectively with stakeholders through clear verbal and written communication.
