## About the Role

Do you have experience in Virtualization tools?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, · 2-8 years of technical support experience

· Active Directory

· Level 1 technical support experience (direct user contact)

· Familiarity with desktops, servers and networks (VMWare)

· Associate's Degree or IT Certifications (MCP, CompTIA, etc.)

· HL7, DICOM, PACS or Medical software

## Description

Seeking a technical support specialist for great opportunity within the medical industry. Position will be 100% remote. This will be a level 1 role, as part of a technical support center supporting medical devices and medical systems. A technical background and strong problem skills will be necessary.

Responsibilities

 * Provide remote troubleshooting for software, hardware and network related issues for external customers

 * Collaborate with internal and external groups solving more complex technical issues

 * Document problems in knowledge databases

 * Maintain a high level of success with the team's Key Performance Indicators
