+ Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.

 + Extensive knowledge and understanding of Property and Casualty Insurance product design and underwriting concepts.

 + Solid knowledge and understanding of market research and marketplace trends in insurance coverage.

 + Solid knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, practices, techniques and tools.

Preferred Experience:

 + Personal Lines or Commercial Lines insurance domain experience

 + Agile delivery, portfolio, budget, and cross-functional coordination leadership

 + Release management capability

 + Issue/defect and change management

 + Stakeholder and governance leadership

 + Experience driving digital and operational enablement

## Description

As a Senior Product Implementation Specialist with American Family Insurance, you will be accountable for the implementation and support of homeowner insurance products. This includes the implementation and launch of new products, defect management and prioritization, and system support and quality control. Support our product management strategy and product development lifecycle. Partner with cross-functional teams on new product implementation.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Product Implementation & Support
