## About the Role

* Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
 * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or a related discipline
 * Four additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for a degree
 * Minimum of 5 years of test engineering experience supporting programs of similar scope and complexity
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

 * Experience with GitLab, JMeter, Testkube, Selenium, or Robot Framework
 * Experience with automated service and UI testing
 * Familiarity with cloud environments
 * Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and release management processes

## Description

* Develop and execute test plans, test procedures, and documentation
 * Lead regression testing, service and UI automation, and release processes
 * Implement testing improvements across CI/CD pipelines
 * Implement evaluation plans using data gathered from testing activities
 * Plan and conduct performance data collection efforts
 * Analyze performance risks and contribute to test evaluation strategies
 * Support system readiness, data collection, and performance analysis
 * Assess operational and system performance requirements to prioritize Test and Evaluation objectives and support evaluation planning
 * Coordinate with systems engineering teams for evaluation planning
 * Prepare and present test reports, briefings, and documentation
 * Evaluate operational environments and mission priorities to guide scenario selection and user participation in Test and Evaluation activities
 * Develop risk-informed performance assessments focused on system effectiveness, suitability, and operational outcomes
 * Support inspections, demonstrations, paper analyses, surveys, simulations, and live testing activities
 * Analyze performance risk areas and adapt Modeling and Simulation for Test and Evaluation use
