* 8+ years of web development experience with strong Sitecore expertise.
 * Experience in Sitecore development, customization, and configuration.
 * Strong expertise in frontend development using React.js and Next.js
 * Extensive experience implementing Sitecore XM Cloud solutions with React and Next.js applications.
 * Proven ability to build reusable, scalable components integrated with Sitecore CMS.
 * Strong understanding of designing future-proof microsite architectures, considering scalability and maintainability.
 * Ability to evaluate and communicate current vs. future implementation of trade-offs effectively.
 * Experience developing high-performance, secure, and maintainable code.
 * Hands-on experience integrating Sitecore XM Cloud Page Builder, drag-and-drop components, and personalization features into frontend applications.
 * Demonstrated ability to develop new features and integrations within the Sitecore XM Cloud ecosystem.
 * Strong knowledge of Sitecore XM Cloud best practices, design patterns, and common implementation pitfalls.
 * Experience in structuring and organizing CMS content models with a long-term approach.
 * Proficiency in developing Sitecore GraphQL queries for efficient content integration.
 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
 * Proficiency in Git and/or TFS.
 * Experience with TDS (Team Development for Sitecore).

 * Work within an Agile/Scrum team to deliver high-quality software.
 * Perform code reviews and collaborate with developers.
 * Deliver technical solution demonstrations to stakeholders.
 * Create and maintain technical documentation.
 * Provide effort estimates for development work.
 * Contribute to solution design and implementation decisions.
 * Support production deployments and post-deployment activities.
