* 5+ years of professional full stack development experience with the ability to work across front-end, middle-tier, backend, database, and cloud technologies.
 * Strong engineering fundamentals with experience in modern programming languages such as Python, C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Groovy, or similar technologies.
 * Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, integrating third-party systems, and developing cloud-native solutions in AWS, Azure, or multi-cloud environments.
 * Demonstrated daily use of AI-assisted development tools with the ability to review, validate, troubleshoot, and harden AI-generated code before deployment.
 * Mortgage technology or lending industry experience is highly valued, but candidates with strong technical depth, adaptability, and a proven ability to learn complex domains quickly are encouraged to apply.
