## About the Role

Do you have experience in Software installation?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High School Diploma or equivalent

 * Experience and familiarity with Windows, as well as other current technologies
 * Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting
 * Experience in software installation and configuration
 * Experience in hardware component replacement and configurations.

## Description

To perform all duties necessary to assist the Director of Technology in the administration of the technology programs., * Perform hardware maintenance and upgrades including servers and workstations (includes downloading all server patches, monitoring anti-virus software and server information reports).

 * Maintain inventory of necessary parts on a daily basis.
 * Test new technologies.
 * Provide technical support in all areas deemed necessary by the Director.
 * Respond to all communications (email, telephone, written, etc.) in a professional and timely manner.
 * Communicate to school system personnel any schedule changes.
 * Perform any other duties as assigned.
