## About the Role

Do you have experience in Web applications?, * Experience: ~3 years

 * Location: Onsite, work from Customer office.
 * Primary Skills: PHP development, web application support, and maintenance
 * Secondary : Willingness to support offshore IT team, by being a Onsite IT Spoc, * PHP development: 1 year (Required)
 * web application support: 1 year (Required)

## Description

* Application support and enhancements for PHP-based applications
 * Website maintenance, performance monitoring, and bug fixes
 * Supporting platform-related activities (including basic admin tasks as guided by customer team)

Additional Responsibility (~20%):

 * Provide onsite IT / Smart Hands support, including:
 * End-user support (laptops, basic troubleshooting)
 * Coordination for infrastructure/network issues
 * Basic onsite activities such as workstation setup and IT closet checks

Notes:

 * Customer will provide necessary training for NetSuite platform administration tasks
 * Resource should have willingness to handle a hybrid role (Application + IT support)
