Your role is critical to ensuring our systems perform flawlessly in the modern battlespace. You'll work closely with engineering, program management, test and evaluation, and military partners, and to validate the performance of systems that are redefining defense capabilities. What You'll Do * Manage test planning, execution, and reporting for Eagle Eye, Next Generation Command Control, and other Connected Warfare products. Provide technical leadership to a team of test engineers through system integration, developmental, operational, and customer acceptance tests. * Define robust verification protocols using requirements-based, scenario-based, and operationally relevant methodologies, incorporating customer standards and metrics. * Collaborate with Program Management, Engineering, SEIT, test ranges, and external agencies. Oversee Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), manage test incidents, and track deficiencies. * Supervise data analysis of system performance and mission outcomes in both lab and field settings.
