 * Experience with SQL and NoSQL/Document databases.
 * Understanding of scalability, resiliency, security, logging, monitoring, and performance optimization.
 * Experience evaluating and designing Monolithic and Microservices architectures.
 * Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
 * Experience working within Agile/Kanban environments., * Insurance, Reinsurance, or Financial Services industry experience.
 * Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and digital transformation programs.
 * Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in highly regulated environments.
 * Experience supporting inspection, scheduling, or operational business processes., A seasoned Technical Architect with strong expertise in enterprise application architecture, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), .NET technologies, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives. The candidate should be capable of leading architecture decisions, mentoring teams, and delivering scalable, secure, and business-aligned technology solutions.

## Description

* Lead the architecture, design, and modernization of enterprise applications and data platforms.
 * Define application, integration, cloud, and data architecture strategies aligned with business objectives.
 * Drive technical leadership across global development teams and ensure adherence to architecture standards.
 * Design scalable, secure, high-performing solutions using .NET, Azure/AWS, APIs, and modern integration patterns.
 * Lead architecture reviews, code reviews, governance activities, and technology roadmap planning.
 * Modernize legacy applications and enable digital transformation initiatives.
 * Design and implement API-driven, event-driven, and messaging-based integration solutions.
 * Collaborate with Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
 * Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and enterprise architecture standards.
 * Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance throughout the SDLC.
