This is a senior leadership role requiring strong technical judgment, experience operating in highly controlled environments, and the ability to influence across a complex, matrixed organization., * Formal training or certification , with 10+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure environments. * Advanced experience applying AI and automation to infrastructure operations, including agentic or decision-driven systems. * 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing technologists responsible for complex, mission-critical platforms. * Demonstrated experience leading large, cross-functional engineering organizations within infrastructure or platform engineering. * Proven ability to influence across highly matrixed organizations and deliver outcomes at scale in regulated enterprise environments. * Experience leading large, complex initiatives spanning infrastructure design, operational resilience, scalability, and system performance. * Strong background in talent development, including hiring, mentoring, and succession planning. * Experience owning and managing budgets and strategic investment decisions.
