Ensures software projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with the organization's established policies and objectives. Oversees the design, development, deployment, operation, application, and maintenance of software products and systems. Familiar with a large variety of software development concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and complex tasks without direct supervision. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. * Combine strong technical expertise with effective people management skills. * Lead teams in delivering multiple interdependent projects * Collaborate with your team and cross-functional partners to define and influence strategic direction. * Participate in the creation and lead the execution of the project roadmaps. * Engage with various functions to drive engineering initiatives and make a significant impact. * Participate in technical design efforts. * Ensure the maintenance of high coding standards and best practices within the team. * Measure your team's impact and set clear expectations and goals. * Partner with leadership to influence and drive organizational design, contribution, and prioritization. * Directly supervises employees in the Software Engineering Group. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
