This hands-on role is the single point of accountability for the company's business systems: Syspro ERP, monday.com, Salesforce, the 10in6 MES system, and other enterprise applications, covering administration, configuration, user support, integrations, and the evaluation and rollout of new capabilities. Beyond the systems in place today, the role brings broad, current knowledge of the business-application landscape used across manufacturing and the solar / renewable industry to recommend fit-for-purpose platforms as the business scales. Near-term priorities include operationalizing in-flight system implementations and then owning their ongoing roadmap, adoption, and optimization. The role is approximately 80-85% business systems / enterprise applications and 15-20% oversight of a lightweight, IT & Infrastructure. This position reports to the Business Support Team, or another management personnel that the President of the Company may designate. This position is located in Cleveland, Ohio and working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm local time. Overtime and weekend working hours may be required as needed. This position is expected to travel up to 20%.
