We are not a concept-stage startup. Our platform is built, operational, and actively being used. We are now entering the next phase of growth: scaling the business, onboarding additional clients, expanding our market presence, and building the infrastructure necessary to support long-term growth. We are looking for a Head of Operations & Growth to work directly with the founder and help lead this next stage. This is not a traditional corporate role. We need an operator who can execute, solve problems, build systems, manage people, and drive results. The right candidate is comfortable wearing multiple hats and taking ownership across operations, growth, implementation, technology coordination, and team leadership. The Opportunity You will serve as the founder's right hand and help scale the company from a successful operating platform into a larger, repeatable, and scalable business. You will oversee operations, client onboarding, growth initiatives, marketing coordination, implementation, contractor management, and technology execution. A critical part of this role is the ability to recruit, interview, vet, hire, manage, and hold accountable developers, technical contractors, agencies, and technology partners. We are looking for someone who can bridge the gap between business and technology. You do not need to be a software engineer, but you must be capable of evaluating technical talent, managing development projects, translating business goals into technical priorities, and ensuring projects are completed correctly and on time. Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Growth * Lead day-to-day operations and growth initiatives * Scale an existing AI platform to additional clients * Build repeatable onboarding and implementation systems * Develop and improve operational workflows and accountability * Create and manage KPI dashboards and reporting systems * Organize CRM, pipeline management, and operational processes * Assist with business development and strategic growth initiatives * Build SOPs, documentation, and internal operating procedures Client Success & Implementation * Manage client onboarding and implementation processes * Coordinate client training, support, and success initiatives * Improve customer experience and retention systems * Gather and implement client feedback * Create scalable implementation processes for future growth Technology Leadership * Recruit, interview, vet, and hire developers and technical contractors * Manage internal and external development teams * Oversee agencies, freelancers, and technology vendors * Review project scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables * Translate business objectives into technical requirements * Prioritize product improvements and development initiatives * Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality expectations * Hold technical teams accountable for execution and deadlines * Identify when developers, vendors, or contractors are underperforming and make recommendations accordingly Marketing & Brand Growth * Oversee social media and content strategy * Coordinate content creation and marketing initiatives * Manage contractors, agencies, and marketing vendors * Support demo creation, case studies, presentations, and sales materials * Help position Overcy AI as a leader within the AI automation space ## Related Videos - [The Day After the Robots Come.
