## About the Role

Do you have experience in macOS?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or equivalent.

 * Comfortable working with phones, Routers, tablets, and computers.
 * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
 * Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes.
 * Able to lift and move boxes up to 35-40 lbs as needed.

Nice to Have (but not required):

 * Prior experience in retail tech, electronics, or warehouse/kitting work., * iOS: 1 year (Required)
 * Mac OS: 1 year (Required)
 * Apple repair: 2 years (Preferred)
 * Tech hardware repair: 1 year (Preferred)

## Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual who wants to start their career in the technology field. As a Deployment Technician, you'll be hands-on with preparing and configuring devices such as tablets, laptops, and smartphones for our customers. This is an entry-level position - no advanced IT experience required. If you're comfortable with technology, enjoy working with your hands, and want to grow in the tech/deployment space, this could be the right fit for you.

What You'll Do

 * Apply screen protectors, cases, and accessories to devices.
 * Insert SIM cards and configure devices.
 * Perform basic setup and software configuration.
 * Check devices for quality and accuracy before shipping.
 * Organize, package, and ship devices to clients.
 * Work with the deployment team to meet daily and weekly goals.
