## About the Role

* Have 5+ years of experience in logistics and project management, preferably in IT or data center environments
 * Have demonstrable experience improving, streamlining, and documenting processes, and operate with a high sense of urgency
 * Have a proven track record of managing vendors and coordinating third-party services
 * An experienced project manager and resource planner who understands warehouse operations and inventory management
 * A strong communicator with great people and problem-solving skills
 * Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
 * Have experience in managing asset transfers and improving that process where possible (a plus but not required)

## Description

We're looking for an experienced logistics and supply chain professional to help manage our equipment inventory, delivery, installation, and deployment for our offices, data centers, and co-locations, and to track assets throughout their lifecycle.

Additional responsibilities of this role will include:

 * Developing, implementing, and coordinating comprehensive logistics plans for equipment movement from warehouses to data centers
 * Managing the call-off process, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of equipment
 * Coordinating, with the support of the business stakeholders, the planning of installations and deployments of equipment across multiple sites
 * Working alongside our internal Procurement team to support the management of inventory levels and identify any stock challenges
 * Helping with asset transfers and driving process improvements across logistics and supply chain operations where possible
 * Troubleshooting and resolving any logistics-related issues
 * Managing customs broking and paperwork arrangements for the importing and exporting of goods across global markets
 * Manage and oversee our warehousing providers
 * Ensure real-time inventory data accuracy
