## About the Role

Do you have experience in Desktop administration?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, Weston Nurseries is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Entry-Level Help Desk Technician to support employees across our retail stores, greenhouse operations, landscaping teams, and corporate offices., * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365

 * Understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and basic networking concepts
 * Strong customer service and communication skills
 * Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 * Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience

Preferred Experience

 * Active Directory user management
 * IT ticketing or help desk management systems
 * Basic cybersecurity best practices
 * Supporting printers and network-connected devices
 * Basic PowerShell or scripting knowledge
 * Experience in retail, horticulture, landscaping, or another multi-location organization, The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and enjoys helping others. This person should be comfortable learning new technology, solving problems, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

## Description

* Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and business applications
 * Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and user account issues
 * Deploy and configure new hardware, software, and peripherals
 * Assist with password resets, account access, and multi-factor authentication
 * Document incidents, resolutions, and asset assignments
 * Support IT projects, system upgrades, and day-to-day operational needs
 * Communicate clearly and professionally with employees at all levels of the company
