In this role, you'll design, develop, and enhance learning programs that impact associates worldwide in Amazon's hiring operations. As a self-motivated professional with a passion for learning and development, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and program managers to create impactful content and implement program offerings. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies, with a strong foundation in data-driven decision making., * Analyze, design, develop, and evaluate training solutions aligned with business objectives * Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and create learning content * Design and develop engaging e-learning modules, ILT facilitator and participant guides, reference materials, and other creative and learning assets using various authoring tools * Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to course development * Publish, assign, and track training completion and assessment scores in Learn LMS * Ensure consistency in learning design across multiple programs and platforms * Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines * Conduct needs assessments and identify performance gaps * Measure and evaluate training effectiveness through various assessment methods * Stay current with industry trends and learning technologies * Maintain course content and curriculum documentation * Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of learning programs * Lead specialized initiatives in cross-skilling content development and quality-driven continuous learning interventions * Develop scalable modular content architecture that serves diverse global audiences *Portfolio of eLearning samples required at interview A day in the life As a Sr. Learning Experience Designer, you'll design learning programs impacting associates across our global hiring operations.
