## Description

As a Hardware Systems Engineer, you will drive product reliability by spearheading the analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization of complex electronic systems. You will play a pivotal role in bridging design and production, ensuring that our technical solutions meet rigorous industry standards through innovative testing and manufacturability reviews.
Responsibilities

 * Design and implement robust test apparatus to validate system functionality against technical specifications.
 * Analyze electronic components and assemblies to identify root causes of malfunctions and implement effective corrective actions.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine PCB layouts, Gerber files, and panel designs for seamless manufacturing.
 * Perform comprehensive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews to optimize production efficiency and quality.
 * Document test cases, progress reports, and technical manuals to ensure clear communication of design methods.
 * Manage component selection and alternative sourcing to support project timelines and cost-effectiveness.
 * Maintain strict adherence to ISO quality standards by proactively identifying and resolving process non-conformities.
