What You'll Do

As an IT Specialist, you'll apply established IT practices and company procedures to support day-to-day technology operations, including:

 * Provide end-user support, troubleshoot devices, and resolve IT tickets
 * Assist with the setup of laptops, mobile devices, and user accounts for onboarding and offboarding
 * Help maintain and monitor IT systems, including updates, patches, and basic system performance
 * Collaborate with internal team members on IT-related projects and initiatives
 * Support evaluation and use of AI tools and technology to improve workflows and efficiency
 * Support tracking of IT assets, system access, and documentation
 * Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and help implement solutions that improve efficiency, security, and user experience
 * Promote security awareness and support cybersecurity best practices across the organization
 * Handle technical and company information with confidentiality and professionalism
 * Demonstrate and embrace the company's guiding principles in daily work

This role involves semi-routine work with established procedures and offers guidance and support as you take on new assignments.
