They should possess strong communication skills, take ownership of issues, and be capable of working independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism., * Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on IT support experience in a professional environment. * Strong knowledge of: * Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration * Windows 10 and Windows 11 administration * Exchange Online administration * MFA setup and troubleshooting * Microsoft Defender for Office 365 fundamentals * Email security concepts including spam filtering, phishing protection, and quarantine management * Microsoft Outlook troubleshooting * VPN connectivity and remote support tools * Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi). * Experience joining PCs to domains and migrating user profiles. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. * Reliable transportation.
