May perform field investigations of application issues and interface with field users and management. May participate in application training or develop training materials. Perform data analysis and assist in the development of reports under the direction of senior staff. May perform application administrative functions. Assist support staff in investigating root cause, resolving application issues and engaging IT as necessary. Assist senior staff to define and build business processes and the functional requirements for associated applications. Provide assistance and guidance to employees across the corporation in the proper use of applications.
