 * Experience with roadmap planning, product discovery, and go-to-market activities.
 * Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, etc.) can be beneficial but are not always required.

 * Prioritize features, epics, and user stories.
 * Collaborate with engineering, architects, and quality teams throughout development.
 * Drive product launches, adoption, and ongoing improvements.
 * Analyze data and customer feedback to make product decisions.
 * Represent the product internally and externally with customers, partners, and industry events.
