 * Strong experience translating Figma designs into Webflow builds
 * Proficiency in tools such as Webflow, Hubspot, Google Analytics, GTM, and SEO platforms
 * Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and performance
 * Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments

## Description

* Build, update,and maintain website pages in Webflow based on Figma designs
 * Execute full-page builds, redesigns, and ongoing site updates
 * Ensure high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly site experiences

SEO & Performance Strategy

 * Implement and optimize SEO and AEO strategies to improve site visibility and performance
 * Analyze website performance (traffic, conversions, engagement) and provide actionable recommendations
 * Identify gaps and opportunities, and drive continuous testing and improvements

Analytics & Reporting

 * Monitor site performance using tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush)
 * Ensure proper tracking, tagging, and reporting accuracy across site activity
 * Provide regular insights and recommendations based on data

Collaboration & Execution

 * Partner closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams
 * Operate independently while managing priorities and deadlines effectively
 * Attend weekly virtual meetings and communicate progress, updates, and recommendations clearly
