Successful candidates are proactive problem solvers who take ownership of technical issues through final resolution, maintain strong documentation habits, and remain accountable to both customers and internal teams., * 7+ years supporting enterprise IT environments * 7+ years of Windows Server administration experience * 7+ years managing VMware and Hyper-V environments * 5+ years supporting Microsoft 365 cloud platforms * Strong experience with firewalls, switching, wireless technologies, and VPN infrastructure * Experience supporting Microsoft Azure environments preferred * Experience with backup and disaster recovery platforms * Experience working in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment strongly preferred * Security, Microsoft, networking, or virtualization certifications preferred but not required * Project Management skills preferred but not required. Experience: * IT Systems Administrator or equivalent : 7 years (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Scottsdale, AZ 85251 ## Description This role serves as a senior technical resource responsible for supporting complex client environments while acting as the highest level of escalation within our managed services organization.
