## Description

L'équipe construit un produit utilisé au quotidien par ses clients avec une forte culture produit et engineering.
L'environnement est stable, exigeant techniquement, mais sans lourdeur corporate.

L'objectif : construire proprement, vite, et avec un vrai niveau d'impact individuel., Vous intervenez sur des sujets backend stratégiques, de la conception jusqu'à la mise en production.

Vous aurez notamment pour missions :

 * Concevoir et développer des APIs et services backend en Python
 * Participer aux choix d'architecture et aux décisions techniques
 * Développer de nouvelles fonctionnalités end-to-end
 * Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Product
 * Garantir la qualité, la performance et la maintenabilité du code
 * Participer à l'amélioration des standards d'ingénierie
 * Contribuer à la scalabilité de la plateforme
 * Intervenir sur des problématiques data, cloud et potentiellement IA
