Do you have experience in User training (technical support)?, Do you have a Trade school?, * Certificate from college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience. A+ certification desirable.

 * Three years of experience in a support capacity in a user-oriented environment.
 * Strong understanding of a wide variety of personal computing equipment and software.
 * Familiarity with fundamental principles of computer maintenance and systems.
 * Skilled in teaching, motivating, and supporting users of varying proficiency.

## Description

* Assist Director of IT in performing system monitoring
 * Add, remove, or update user account information
 * Analyze and identify potential issues with client computers
 * Perform or oversee the installation and configuration of new hardware and software for client computers
 * Provide Help Desk support by interacting with internal clients on all levels to resolve IT issues
