## About the Role

Do you have experience in Technical troubleshooting support?, · Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional internal customer service and prioritize and respond to time-sensitive requests with a strong sense of urgency.

· Minimum 5 years of experience with Adobe InDesign in a variable performance data printing environment.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in Art Troubleshooting, specifically Color, Imposition Issues, RIP Management

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

· Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.

· Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and through electronic communications.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with XMPie or equivalent variable data publishing software.

· Basic knowledge of USPS postal regulations, mailing requirements, and industry best practices.

· Minimum 5 years of experience managing digital print workflows in a production setting.

· Experience working within commercial printing, direct mail, or marketing services environments.

Physical Requirements

· Ability to sit and work at a computer workstation for extended periods.

· Ability to view and analyze detailed information on computer screens for prolonged durations.

· Ability to work in a production environment with moderate noise levels when onsite., * Adobe InDesign: 4 years (Required)

## Description

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Onsite Requirement: Required onsite during onboarding and training period (approximately 2 months), The Variable Data Specialist is responsible for developing, troubleshooting, and executing variable data print projects in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires expertise in Adobe InDesign, digital print workflows, and quality control to ensure personalized print communications are produced accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with client and production specifications.

Responsibilities

· Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and stakeholders, responding to requests with URGENCY and professionalism.

· Build, and execute variable data print projects using Adobe InDesign and related VDP technologies.

· Troubleshoot artwork, color, layout, and imposition issues to ensure production readiness.

· Utilize XMPie or comparable VDP software to create personalized print communications.

· Manage digital print workflows within a production environment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

· Verify compliance, production specifications, and client requirements.
