Applicants should understand the locations of US States, Mexico States, and Canadian Provinces - including major cities thereof. * Capability to pay attention to detail while multi-tasking. * Solid communications skills - both verbal and written. * Ability to think and react quickly with a sense of urgency to time-sensitive problem situations. * Ability to remain calm during adverse conditions. * Ability to type a minimum of 30 w.p.m. * Embody the Ascent Guiding Principles of "Play Hard, Play Smart, Play Together." ## Description As a Solutions Specialist working in our Air Charter department, you'll be responsible for optimizing, booking, and executing air charter activity in a timely and professional manner. Solutions Specialists must communicate and organize all services associated with Ascent air charter movements while maintaining the absolute highest level of attention to detail and customer service. * Optimize expedite activity and determine the most optimal mode of transit based on customer requirements. * Create new air charter requests, entering all relevant information into Ascent system for charter mode of transit. * Confidently review cargo and freight documentation with service providers in order to validate accuracy and relevance to air charter movement. * Effectively communicate quote requests to the customer via phone or email. Also effectively communicate all timing and appropriate cost aspects in quote detail. * Effectively communicate requirements to various aircraft providers for purpose of booking aircraft for charter activity.
