Ensuring compliance with applicable security standards including PCI-DSS and CIS8 Controls is a core responsibility of this role. Responsibilities, but not limited to: · Manage, motivate, and develop a team of 2-3 IT staff members; set clear expectations, provide ongoing coaching, and foster a team culture rooted in accountability, initiative, and exceptional service to guests and colleagues alike. · Establish, maintain, and enforce standard operating procedures across all IT functions including systems maintenance, patching, onboarding/offboarding, and workstation lifecycle management.
