Suivi pédagogique rapproché + projets concrets (Atelier SOC, gestion d'incidents, innovation)., EPSI Grenoble recherche pour l'une de ses entreprises partenaires un·e alternant·e Administrateur Systèmes & Réseaux. Vous intégrerez le service informatique d'un établissement scolaire multisite (Lycée & BTS).
Vous travaillerez en collaboration directe avec le responsable informatique et participerez pleinement au maintien et à l'évolution de l'infrastructure. La mission ne se limite pas à un rôle d'exécution : l'entreprise recherche une personne impliquée, curieuse et capable de devenir un véritable acteur du service.

Les missions sont variées et permettent de découvrir un environnement informatique complet :

 - Support utilisateurs et assistance quotidienne (bobologie, diagnostic, résolution d'incidents)
 - Administration systèmes et réseaux :
 - Active Directory
 - Microsoft 365 / Office 365
 - VLAN
 - Pare-feu Stormshield
 - Sauvegardes et PRA
 - Infra VmWare
 - Gestion de flotte mobile via MDM Jamf School
 - Administration de l'infrastructure Wi-Fi Ubiquiti
 - Administration de la téléphonie VoIP 3CX
 - Déploiement automatisé de postes informatiques
 - Participation aux projets d'évolution et d'amélioration de l'infrastructure
