 + 8x8 Cloud Phone System

 + Network technologies like Wifi, Ethernet, Cat 6, Single mode fiber, TCP/IP

 + Network hardware configuration and support

Other Special Requirements:

 + On occasion may need to support the Musco Gulf Team (i.e. Abu Dhabi, Qatar) which may require travel.

 + Ability to speak fluent English in addition to local Arabic language.

## Description

+ Planning of hardware, software assets for a given budget cycle.

 + Budget requests will be reviewed by USA IT.

 + Support the Musco team regarding daily IT needs for all departments.

 + Implement IT standards from USA regarding implementation of new hardware or software.

 + Ensure that Musco data stays protected and that can be recovered in the event of a disaster.

 + Maintain computer equipment used by Team Members and Production to meet required uptime.

 + Adhere to established IT Security requirements and Incident Response procedures.
